Electrocardiogram (EKG)
EKG are preformed in-house and read by our providers.
We have an in-house phlebotomy lab run by Quest diagnostics.
Surgical Clearance
When coming in for a surgical clearance appointment, you must bring all required paperwork from your surgeon in order for you to be cleared.
Physical
Physicals are office visits where you will be discussing preventative care. This is different from a general appointment.
Medicare Wellness
This is a Medicare required appointment conducted by our nurse to discuss all preventative care. This appointment is different from a general appointment.
Sick Visits
We offer a limited number of same-day appointments. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee walk-in or same-day availability at this time. Please call our office to schedule.
You can now use a smartphone or computer to connect with your provider remotely. Please check with your insurance to make sure they will cover a telemedicine visit.
Car Appointments
One of our providers will see you and treat you in your car at the drop off point under the awning in front of our office building.
Holter Monitors are devices to monitor your heart over a period of 3-14 days. Your provider will review the results and adjust your treatment plan accordingly.
Referrals
All referrals require an office visit. We send referrals to many different specialties. Please give the new office two weeks to contact you.
Vaccines
We will be offering many vaccines soon. However if you need specialty vaccines for travel, please go to Passport Health.
Ultrasounds
We offer Ultrasounds at our office on Thursday mornings only. Our Ultrasounds are conducted and interpreted by Sonocare.
Radiology Orders
Our providers are able to order many different types of radiology procedures. These will be conducted at outpatient radiology clinics or in the hospital when appropriate.
TB Testing
We offer the TUBERSOL skin test. This test requires an appointment with a provider. Please bring any paperwork that you need our providers to complete to your appointment.
FMLA Paperwork
For an FLMA appointment you will need to bring in your paperwork. This is different from a general appointment because only the paperwork will be discussed.
Our chronic care coordinator will follow up with you regularly to ensure that your treatment plan stays on track.
